 Spring has Sprung !
Brighter weather and longer days, a chance to get out and about and relax with nature.
I offer my clients a wide range of bespoke treatments in a relaxed and comfortable environment. You can be sure of  getting the attentive care and time that you seek as well as a treatment course that suits your specific requirements.
My qualifications and experience allow me to provide clients with many different treatments and if you browse through my site pages I'm sure you will find  information and videos that  you will find of interest.
Many clients  find acupuncture and alternative therapies like reflexology and massage to be a better solution than traditional medical treatments. Others find them a beneficial compliment to the tradional route, particularily for IVF and injury recovery.
In addition to attending for complimentary therapies for healing and recovery some clients often add in a facial or other beauty treatment in addition to their therapy, quite often following a long walk on the beautiful Bettystown beach beside us.
I hope that you find the information you require in the following pages, wheather you are seeking recovery from an injury, searching for relaxation and pampering or preparing for pregnancy.
All treatments are tailored to suit your individual requirements.
Thank you for visiting my site and feel free to sign the guest book or comment on your experience,

Massage, reflexology and acupuncture are also used to assist in the recovery process of many more physical, emotional and neurological issues including recuperation from cancer treatments.
"Of all the investigated effects of acupuncture on cancer-related or chemotherapy-related symptoms and disorders the positive effect of acupuncture on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (N/V) is the most convincing." -
