Many clients find acupuncture and alternative therapies like reflexology and massage to be a better solution than traditional medical treatments. Others find them a beneficial compliment to the tradional route, particularily for IVF and injury recovery.
In addition to attending for complimentary therapies for healing and recovery some clients often add in a facial or other beauty treatment in addition to their therapy, quite often following a long walk on the beautiful Bettystown beach beside us.

Infertility and Acupuncture
Acupuncture is becoming increasingly recognised as beneficial to individuals with functional infertility. Acupuncture can have a profound effect on the sympathetic nervous system, and this can be used to improveimprove blood flow in the uterus, which has been shown to increase the likelihood of success with in vitro fertilization (IVF). Acupuncture and reflexology may considerably improve conception success rates for some individuals undergoing IVF treatments and is now often suggested in conjunction with and prior to IVF treatments. Many of my clients attending for fertility treatments (both acupuncture and reflexology) have since become proud parents.
